The Chase Bank in New Braunfels, Texas has recently undergone some changes for the better. The building tenants are reaping the benefits of newly installed energy efficient devices throughout the building. Motion sensors were added to the building’s restrooms to provide convenience and enhance energy conservation. No more flipping a light switch! New lighting was added to the elevator and new landscaping was added around the exterior of the building. RCPS (formerly UCRM) is also currently working to improve the HVAC controls in the building with the installation of new systems. Sounds like a fabulous location for your company!
